01. Adopt an Owl
Adoptions are popular for many special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, retirement gifts or even as a personal gift to yourself. You will receive a letter of thanks, a photo of your chosen Owl, a certificate and a very special “Owl Card”. You will also receive our Newsletter throughout the year to keep you updated with progress at the Trust. 02. Make a Donation
Your donation does help! We rely on your generosity and support to continue our work in the care and rehabilitation of these Owls. We receive no public funding. The centre receives many sick and injured birds and we have also become home to many captive bred Owls. These were unwanted, abandoned, ill-treated or even confiscated by the authorities. 03. Volunteer
If you live fairly close to Llandudno you can apply to become a volunteer for the Charity. The daily cleaning and feeding of the resident birds are a huge undertaking. Not only do The Owls Trust volunteers help to provide the best possible care for the birds, but each person also shares a commitment to the Trust’s missions and goals. We are a multi-function organisation – rehabilitators, educators, builders, fundraisers etc. Our volunteers come from many walks of life and can often offer creative solutions to specific problems. 04. Organise a Fundraiser
Perhaps a Coffee Morning or maybe a Table Top Sale or a Sponsored Walk. Any help you feel is appropriate would be most welcome and we will do all we can to support your activity. 05. Sponsor a Project
In order to continue to improve the quality of care for our birds we always have a number of projects “ready to go” that are waiting for sufficient funding. If you would like to help in this way the projects range from a complete new aviary complex to the landscaping of a particular aviary for a specific species. We would be delighted to send you a list of projects currently in the pipeline. Sponsorship of this sort will be recognized with a plaque and a link on our website. 06. Donate items from our “wish list”
