Hi there Everyone,

There’s been lots of news today. First of all Mac, the Robin has sent a message to say he has been introducing Donald Dunnock to the other farm birds and they have been seeking out some nice warm spots where they can all shelter when the weather is cold. Some of them like sheltering in the farmyard where the children play on little tractors during the day. They can find lots of food around there as well as stables where they can get out of the wind and rain. Mac says to ask you all to think about putting out food for the birds that live around your place and maybe [ut up a bird box or two because even though we are not expecting to lay eggs at the moment, boxes make good places to sleep on a cold winter’s night.

Now I have some very strange news. I heard on the Evening Hoot that the People at Llandudno have appointed a “Head of Security”! Well, I am just amazed they have done this without consulting me. We have never had a Head of Security before and I have always considered Security to be one of the things that I take care of. Well actually I delegate most of the job to my Deputy, Kilmousky but I have definitely always been in charge. I don’t know what to think so I have sent urgent messages to Mac and Kilmousky to find out what is going on. If you hear anything, let me know at once.

Yous,

Otis
