A day at Llanddulas – a school visit by The Owls Trust.

25th June 2013

Ooh! I did have a good day on Saturday! I was invited to go to the Fair at the school in Llanddulas. I asked Conley and Pedro to go with me and we had such fun! There was lots of music and the children were playing all sorts of games. I got loads of cuddles.

This little girl above was very gentle with me. on the right, you can see my new friend Rebecca who is very good at scratching my ear which is one of my favourite things. We saw some other animals – a snake and a strange thing called a Bearded Dragon and some very big snails. Jenni said she was glad they weren’t in her vegetable patch! Can’t understand why she is so fond of vegetables. Me? I don’t eat them at all but Jenni says people need to have lots of fruit and veg if they want to stay healthy. I asked Mac the Robin about this the other day and he said he liked a mixture of insects and fruit but he knew that the Blackbirds who live behind the farm are really nuts about fruit. (And I think they like nuts too!!) I suppose it’s a good thing if we all eat different stuff.

Have a nice day everyone,
Otis
