Hi Everyone!

Well, reports from Llandudno say it has been much warmer over the weekend though still quite chilly at night. That means the wild owls will have been able to hunt and hopefully find more to eat.  Kilmousky says Jenni heard about some Little Owls near Caernarfon the other day. They live in a broken-down old barn in a wood. They have found quite a good place to live as the farm nearby has lots of old pasture where the cows eat grass all day. There are lots of things there that the Little Owls like to eat such as insects and worms and even some shrews and voles. I think they must have quite a good life there.

Mac says he is now sure that the new “Head of Security” is a dog and he sent me this picture.

Well, I do agree it does look rather like a dog but what are those things on its head? I think they could be wings. Hm-mm.

Hoots for now!

Otis
