The Extinction of the Ashy Faced Owl Tyto glaucops
We have always shown you “nice” pictures and sometimes our failures but our work in the Dominican Republic beats all of this! If we fail, a whole specie of owl found nowhere else on earth will become extinct.
This is quite a long video but bear with us Zoodom, with our money has finally (since 1999) opened up our owl aviaries to the public.
Anna, the Ashy Faced you see in the video was one we trained the previous year so the Zoo could use her in their Education Programmes.
We have been invited to Zoodom in the DR, by the Government, to look after the Zoo for the whole of the month of July this year whilst the current Zoo Director is not going to be available.
