Wow! I had such a nice afternoon yesterday. I took Wallace and Kilmousky with me on a visit to see some friends at the Convent of Mercy Home in Colwyn Bay. We have been before and we enjoy seeing everyone there!

Mary took us round to see all the residents and I got lots of “ear tickles”. Here I am with Mary and Pat who helped me to visit all our friends.SAM_0170-300x225

Wallace and Kilmousky had a good time too but I did have to keep them in order! One of the problems is that Kilmousky does tend to think he’s the boss. Well, all I can say is, “He doesn’t have a blog, does he?”

One bit I didn’t really enjoy much was going upstairs in what they called a “lift”. It was a big metal box that flew up to the top of the building. People do have some funny ideas. Why don’t they just grow wings?

Still, it was a nice visit to see some friends and I look forward to going again.

Back at the farm Mac the Robin reported that there were some Turnstones on the beach. These are birds with red legs that spend their time poking around among the pebbles and rocks looking for stuff to eat. You can see a picture and find out more about them here. http://www.rspb.org.uk/wildlife/birdguide/name/t/turnstone/index.aspx
