Well it’s wild weather at the moment, isn’t it? I am staying tucked up in my box most of the time to keep out of the wind and rain. Pat and Rebecca have been taking me for walks around the place so I have seen some of my friends. This is my friend Douglas. He was telling me he likes wild weather!

Did you know that Britain is a very important place for birds that spend the summer in the far North and in Scandinavia. Because it gets very cold there in Winter, lots of them fly South to warmer places and Britain is a useful stopping off point where they can have a rest and a meal.
